W. Cas Campaigne, Chief Executive Officer and President, draws on his significant experience in the legal and business arenas to provide operational, marketing and strategic leadership to LLM's management team, as well as to guide current and future development of LLM's products and services.

Mr. Campaigne's legal experience stems from providing extensive management services for one of the top law firms in the United States, where he was in charge of managing multimillion-dollar international arbitrations, as well as highly publicized state and federal cases. Taking many legal cases through the complete process of litigation, from initial discovery to trial, he experienced first-hand the need and the desire for a more efficient means of dealing with the ever-increasing complexity of the litigation process. LLM's products and services have been developed to specifically address those real-world problems, resulting in a total solution that provides an invaluable tool for litigation associates everywhere.

Mr. Campaigne holds a degree in International Studies, with a focus in International Business, from The American University in Washington, D.C.


Scott Pittman, Chief Technology Officer, leads the technical evolution of LLM, including the development of Liquid Lit Manager and Liquid Discovery Manager. In his position, Mr. Pittman is a guiding force in the creation and ongoing development of LLM's online and portable products. With extensive experience in developing and implementing mission-critical software, Mr. Pittman has proven to be adept at translating his clients' business needs into invaluable software tools. He utilizes this experience to provide products that will be uniquely user-friendly and organizationally superior.

Previously, Mr. Pittman worked with the energy industry's premier trading and risk management software provider, managing large-scale implementations of the software and collaborating in product development. At the same time, Mr. Pittman provided leadership in developing custom software solutions and interfaces to complement the company's main software offerings. Additionally, Mr. Pittman led the development of numerous in-house software projects at two of Fortune's top-ten global corporations. These included both Web-based, database-centered applications and conventional client-server applications. Mr. Pittman holds a degree in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University.


Faraz Zubairi, Vice President, Program Management & Sales, has extensive experience in the legal, political, and business industries. As Vice President of Program Management & Sales of Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. he is responsible for client and business development. Mr. Zubairi’s primary goal is to match clients with LLM's products and features that best meet their legal and cost needs. Additionally he will help to ensure that clients are provided with unparalleled service.

Mr. Zubairi's legal experience originated from providing many years of case management services for one of the top law firms in the United States. He was responsible for identifying logistical matters in litigation and examined resources and methods necessary to accomplishing the tasks in an efficient and cost-saving manner. He took many cases through the complete process of litigation, from initial discovery to trial, and, as a case manager. He understands the rigors of litigation and works to ensure that the process for each of LLM's clients is complete, efficient and cost-effective.

Mr. Zubairi holds a degree in Government & Politics with a focus in International Relations and Conflict Resolution, from the University of Maryland.


Lindsay Stevens, Director of Software Development, provides a guiding hand in the day-to-day development and customization of Liquid Litigation Management, Inc.’s online products. She has tremendous experience supporting large scale litigations involving multiple parties. She utilizes this experience to provide assistance to clients when customizing the product and to guide the development of new features.

Prior to her arrival at LLM, Ms. Stevens participated in several projects to integrate software applications at large energy and IT corporations. During these projects she designed processes to transfer and reconcile existing data between applications and incorporated evolving industry standards as features into the systems. Ms. Stevens also provided training to users and collaborated with them to create reporting and management tools that fit their business requirements. Her experience spans technologies in the areas of databases, client-server applications and web-based technologies.

Ms. Stevens graduated cum laude from Rice University with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a BA in French Studies.
