Software Developer

LLM is looking for exceptional software developers to contribute to its team. LLM is a provider of SaaS to Fortune-100 corporations and the legal industry, and every day we are working on cases you will read about in the news. LLM offers the casual, fun environment of a startup, but has the stability and longevity of a company that’s been a profitable business for nearly a decade. Company pays 100% of medical, dental. We have needs in multiple areas of proficiency, including Java/JSP, C++, developing for Windows Servers and Linux. Both senior and more junior-level opportunities are available. While there are plenty of projects at LLM where developers focus on their core areas of proficiency, there is a great deal of opportunity – and encouragement -- to gain experience in a variety of skills.

Recent projects covered complex topics involving distributive processing architecture, search technology, foreign-language handling, concept clustering, real-time grid-based rendering of heterogeneous file types to html, open-source contribution, an iOS app, and work-process flow analysis. Projects require developers to problem solve a variety of areas including front-end design, database structures, cloud-like scalability, and back-end business logic programming. Developers also consultatively build internal applications that keep LLM’s operations team efficient and accurate. Most projects will involve the use of one or more of (not a comprehensive list):Java/JSP/AJAX, SQL, .NET and C++.

In a quickly-growing segment of the industry, LLM has a fast-paced, nimble environment where enthusiasm and a quick study are rewarded, and where the team size means that you will have a direct impact.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
-- Minimum several years of solid development experience
-- Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
-- Ability to communicate clearly
-- Proficiency with Java, C++ and/or another OO programming language
-- Some web-development experience

Useful experience may include:
-- RDBMS, such as Mysql/Oracle
-- Experience/knowledge of how to develop for high performance/scalability
-- C, C++

-- Expertise in the Linux environment
-- Good intuition for GUI ergonomics

The position offers a great opportunity to learn and explore many technologies. A Computer Science/equivalent degree is preferred, but we will consider other exceptional candidates.

Information Architect

LLM is looking for a talented User Experience architect/designer who is passionate about design and making complicated concepts or functionality seem simple and natural. This is someone who is obsessed with design and a beautiful, clean user experience. The work will focus on LLM's Web-based SaaS platform for the legal industry.

Responsibilities:
- Bring a fresh perspective and ideas to beautify/streamline pre-existing functionality
- Work with the team to map process flows and generate wireframes for new functionality
- Produce graphical design elements
- Brainstorming, requirements gathering, and collaborating on design documents

Desired Attributes:
- 3 + years in user interface design deliverables
- Illustrator, Photoshop
- JavaScript, YUI or JQuery
- Comfortable working with modern HTML/CSS
- Strong intuition for the best end-user experience
- Demonstrated mastery of UX best practices
- Experience producing wireframes, process flows, use cases, prototypes, and comps.

Project Manager/Data Analysts

LLM, Inc. seeks a fast learner who enjoys working with technology and looks to acquire new skills. The ultimate person for the job can think outside of the box to help constantly improve the workflow in which they are involved. The Data Analyst will manipulate and construct data to load into LLM's proprietary programs. Additionally, the Data Analyst will be responsible for updating, improving and maintaining internal data tools and solutions.

Requirements:
-- Excellent proficiency with SQL, Access, databases
-- Experience writing batch scripts in Windows
-- Proficiency with writing macros in VBA, VB Script, or other scripting languages

Sales Associates

Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. (LLM) has multiple openings for a rewarding and lucrative Sales Associate position for extraordinarily talented and motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environments. Primary responsibility will be lead qualification as you will serve as the initial point of contact to prospects to provide product information and to secure a product demonstration. You will be required to demonstrate solution-selling skills and work closely with the senior sales team to ensure prospects turn into actual customers. The career path in this position is unlike any other sales position in the market.

Career Path
The goal for most Sales Associates is to be promoted within the sales organization into a Sales Executive position. Generally it will take between 18 - 24 months to be promoted into this role, once you demonstrate a high level of expertise in the responsibilities of the position as well as the leadership qualities necessary to succeed in this role. Upon being promoted to a Sales Executive, you will generally be leading a team of up to three (3) other professionals that include Sales Associates and Marketing Analysts. Very few companies offer such a dynamic growth opportunity to lead such a team so quickly and to achieve great financial success.

Sales Executives

Job Description:
We have a rewarding and lucrative legal Sales Executive position for college graduates with 4+ years of direct sales experience who thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environments. Primary responsibilities will be demonstrating our product, negotiating and closing deals. You will carry a new-booked business quota and also be in charge of winning repeat business. You will be required to demonstrate solution-selling skills and effectively manage your Sales Associate to ensure prospects turn into actual customers.

Position Duties:
-- Develop and call on new prospects to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations
-- Present products and services to law firm and corporate accounts
-- Exceed established new business revenue targets for software and service sales
-- Develop and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts within your territory and create individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts
-- Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report
-- Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all new business opportunities and earn repeat business from customers
-- Monitor and report sales activity within the system
-- Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed, strengthened and cultivated
-- Accountability for sales analysis and targeting strategy within region to focus on highest value opportunities
-- Provide ongoing sales coaching to assigned Sales Associates
-- Engage in local market legal community activities to engage and develop sales leads (conferences, legal associations, seminars, etc.)
-- Continuously update product, industry and competitor knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers
-- Develop opportunity strategies and formal written proposals that result in new customer relationships
-- Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements:
-- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
-- 3 to 5+ years of prior revenue generating sales experience, software sales highly desired
-- Prior experience selling in the legal industry is a definite plus
-- Excel at developing relationships over the phone
-- Ability to handle high outbound call volume with corresponding high talk time
-- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
