David Wilner

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, David is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall management of the company as well as helping to set the strategy for LLM’s growth and expansion.

An industry veteran with over 17 years experience in e-discovery, he leads LLM to deliver a blend of service, consulting, and technology. Prior to joining LLM, David held C-level positions at multiple legal services companies which has given him a unique perspective on the needs of his clients and how best to service them. The New Jersey native studied Economics and E-Commerce at Colorado State University.

Cas Campaigne

Chief Strategy Officer

Cas started working at LLM long before it existed. As a co-founder, he provides operational, marketing and strategic leadership and also helps guide product and service development. A native of Seguin, Texas, Home of the World’s Largest Pecan (pronounced peh-CAHN), Cas attended American University, earning a degree in international studies with a focus on international business. He gained his significant legal experience from providing extensive management services for one of the country’s top law firms. When not leading, he’s running after his young son and daughter, listening to live music or adding to his travel tally, which includes more than 30 countries and 40 states.

Richard Dilgren, J.D.

Chief Technology Officer

Richard draws on his experience in data science, law, and as an eDiscovery industry executive to guide LLM into the future.  As Chief Technology Officer, he leads LLM in providing a feature-rich, integrated discovery experience in a well-architected and mobile-enabled platform.

Richard is an expert in the areas of advanced analytics, complex data organization and business intelligence, and efficient workflow design.    He’s headed process defensibility and TAR software UX design, consulted on UI, and successfully created and guided the analytics-driven discovery processes in a case resulting in one of the five largest class action settlements in U.S. history.
