Former trial lawyer, Gary Wiener, Esq., brings with him years of experience in litigation document management—

SAN ANTONIO, TX (September 17, 2007) — Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. (LLM), an electronic discovery services and software firm, is proud to announce Gary Wiener, Esq., as the new director of litigation services. Wiener will serve as an electronic discovery consultant for clients, helping them develop strategies for managing electronic discovery as well as teaching them to utilize the latest technology to benefit their law practices.

LLM’s CEO and president Cas Campaigne made the announcement earlier this month. “As a retired practicing trial lawyer, Gary knows first-hand the frustrations of managing and cataloguing scores of legal documents,” says Campaigne. “I believe he will provide a unique and valuable perspective to our clients. His expertise, combined with the power of our products, will strengthen our clients.”

Wiener earned his degrees in Journalism and Law from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Prior to coming to San Antonio, Wiener launched the digital litigation department for a Houston service bureau. A frequent CLE author and presenter, Wiener holds many electronic discovery industry certifications, including certification as an Oracle database administrator. He is a former director of the Travis County Bar Association.
