The LLM Management Team
Proven leaders in the legal industry
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, David is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall management of the company as well as helping to set the strategy for LLM’s growth and expansion.
An industry veteran, he leads LLM to deliver a blend of service, consulting, and technology. Prior to joining LLM, David held C-level positions at multiple legal services companies which has given him a unique perspective on the needs of his clients and how best to service them. The New Jersey native studied Economics and E-Commerce at Colorado State University. When he’s not in the office or meeting with clients, he enjoys being outdoors, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.
Chief Strategy Officer
Cas started working at LLM long before it existed. As a co-founder, he provides operational, marketing and strategic leadership and also helps guide product and service development. A native of Seguin, Texas, Home of the World’s Largest Pecan (pronounced peh-CAHN), Cas attended American University, earning a degree in international studies with a focus on international business. He gained his significant legal experience from providing extensive management services for one of the country’s top law firms. When not leading, he’s running after his young son and daughter, listening to live music or adding to his travel tally, which includes more than 30 countries and 40 states.
Richard Dilgren, J.D.
Chief Technology Officer
Richard draws on his experience in data science, law, and as an eDiscovery industry exec to guide LLM into the future. As Chief Technology Officer, he drives LLM in providing a feature-rich, integrated discovery experience in a well-architected and mobile-enabled platform.
Richard is an expert in the areas of advanced analytics, complex data organization and business intelligence, and efficient workflow design. Richard previously lead the data science and enterprise relationship management divisions of a publicly traded software and discovery services company. He’s headed process defensibility and TAR software UX design, consulted on UI, and successfully created and guided the analytics-driven discovery processes in a case resulting in one of the five largest class action settlements in U.S. history.
This UCLA and UC Hastings Law grad is a proud Denver resident (and recent San Francisco departee), an avid cook, and a bourbon aficionado. Richard occasionally talks about himself in the third person, personifies his German Shorthaired Pointer pup, and is an inveterate believer in the value of the Oxford comma.
Chief Operations Officer
Better, stronger, faster, LLM has the advanced technology, and co-founder Scott is leading its evolution. A mostly Texas native, Scott has a degree from Rice University in economics and managerial studies and extensive experience in developing and implementing mission-critical software. When not deftly guiding the creation of LLM’s online and portable products or thinking about user experience, he’s enjoying a good book, good food or good friends in Austin. He really likes cars and dislikes bios.
Vice President of Technology
What began as short-term work on an LLM standalone project more than a decade ago has grown into a central role within the company. Lindsay leads a team in product development and customization by providing big-picture architecture, experienced problem solving and attention to detail. The California native has degrees in electrical engineering and French studies from Rice University. Away from the office, Lindsay enjoys the great outdoors, coffee shops, drawing, wine tasting and taking the occasional boxing class to keep her ninja skills on point.
