Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. Signs Partnership Agreement With ayfie

Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. and ayfie Inc. announced a partnership agreement on February 13, 2018. The collaboration integrates ayfie's text analytics platform, ayfie Inspector, into LLM's eDiscovery and case management software, Liquid Lit Manager.

According to LLM's CEO, the partnership addresses client needs: "We were pleased to find a technology partner with ayfie's tenured enterprise search experience." The integration aims to enhance analytics capabilities and provide more relevant data to legal teams managing litigation and discovery processes.

ayfie's Chief Revenue Officer highlighted the value proposition: "We believe our advanced text analytics engine will complement their product very well and will support LLM in helping corporate and law firm teams save money and improve efficiency."

The two companies committed development resources to integrating their platforms. LLM's product serves Fortune 500 companies and major law firms by combining legal holds, document review, production management, and case administration in a single web-based interface. ayfie's technology builds on three decades of linguistic and computational research.

Both organizations anticipated the integration would strengthen LLM's eDiscovery and artificial intelligence capabilities for the legal market.
