AT&T Antitrust On Hold

Last Friday we wrote an update on whether or not AT&T was still pursuing its merger with T-Mobile.  The Department of Justice judge overseeing the lawsuit, Ellen Huvelle, has granted requests from both parties which will delay the antitrust case scheduled to begin February 13.  AT&T will have until January 12 to file a report on its intentions to proceed with the current transaction or to pursue a separate transaction against T-Mobile.
