LLM and Content Analyst Company Announce Partnership to Enhance LLM Products

Reston, VA and Austin, TX – Content Analyst Company, a leading provider of document analytics to the legal community, and Liquid Litigation Management, a provider of state-of-the-art web-based applications that maximize customers’ litigation proficiency, announced a partnership that incorporates CAAT Advanced Document Analytics into LLM’s Liquid Lit Manager™ product.

CAAT is a unique, patented software platform that provides advanced Conceptual Search and Document Analytics based on Latent Semantic Indexing. This advanced mathematical technique enables CAAT to derive meaning from the actual documents being indexed without any intervention or the need for external dictionaries or word lists.

The integration of CAAT document analytics provides a range of new features in Liquid Lit Manager V6.0, including dynamic clustering, concept searching, and concept-driven categorization. A unique graphical interface in V6.0 provides users with an easy-to-navigate, visual representation of clustering. A “More like This” search feature implements concept searching in a manner which is familiar to traditional reviewers.

“With the ever-increasing focus on controlling litigation costs, review speed and efficiency have never been more important,” explained Scott Pittman, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. “ It was essential for LLM to find the most effective technology to not only make our customers’ reviews more efficient but to add to the quality of the review, as well. After a very thorough search, we found that CAAT technology delivers the most unbeatable package of real-world effectiveness and elegance.”

“We have enjoyed working with Liquid Litigation Management during their integration process,” said Kurt Michel, president and CEO of Content Analyst Company. “Their approach to incorporating analytics into document review has been thoughtful and intuitive, and new features they have created – such as their visual clustering – are truly innovative.”

LLM will be demonstrating their latest products including analytics powered by CAAT at the upcoming LegalTech New York conference in booth 406.
