Counsel can easily view key cost drivers of actuals spend against budget and more
AUSTIN, Texas – October 20, 2015 – Building on its successful summer release of Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. has updated the valuable Budget and Matter Management features, enhancing the tools that allow corporate counsel to take critical cost-reducing action.
Now available to LLM, Inc. clients is a second-level comparison for graphed budget data. The ability to have stacked side-by-side bars graphs ensures that counsel can see the key cost drivers of actuals spend against the budget. It also allows counsel to further compare which firms or fee arrangements are most effective for various matter types. Matter management enhancements include adding pie charts for quick visualization of the costs driving spend in matter(s) and other cross matter information. In addition, there are more filtering and export options and a recent activity feed.
“Our goal in making these thoughtful updates is the same as when we first released the two Liquid Lit Manager features: to provide our clients with a much-needed solution to help them meet daily challenges and reduce cost,” said LLM, Inc. Chief Executive Officer and President W. Cas Campaigne. “We believe these updates add to counsel’s essential efforts to increase efficiency and cut costs.”
The dashboards and their enhancements remain fully integrated within the same interface as all other Liquid Lit Manager features: legal holds, cross-matter data volume reporting, TAR, review and case management. Full integration means seamless flow of data, avoiding data loss of any kind, as well as unparalleled transparency and measurement.
